It burns bright now
Looking back
Reflections lie
It's a mess
All that you see
Tear it from me
Just a small fee
MONSTER
Think I don't know
All just for show
Reap what you sow
You've FALTERED
Wearing your tangled veil of blindness
Choking on dying roses
I can't be what you want
I just want you to burn
Terrorise my goddamn mind
Rip innocence from my life
Terrified, I'll say I'm fine
Heartless veins will soon run dry
Wearing your tangled veil of blindness
Choking on dying roses
Scorch this disease from my body
Engulf your heart, love is rotting
Burn
Manipulate
Try to berate
Manipulate
Try to castrate
Scorch this disease from my body
For you, this is just a hobby
Come get close, closer to me
I will make you bleed.
Sink your teeth in
Rip me limb from limb
You're a vicious fucking beast
But a coward
I will not be devoured
You sicken all of me
Why don't you leave
And never be seen
Never be seen again

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego

Even for this genre the sheer intensity of this album always manages to floor me. Might not be the most unique album under the sun but it doesn't have to be; the performances are tight and ferocious, the songwriting is dynamic and explosive, the production is crushing, it's just all things to a mathcore fan. napalmsatan
